WISDOM, Circuit Judge The claimant, Mr. Mario Mijangos, seeks reversal of two orders of the Benefits Review Board (""the Board""). Mr. Mijangos contends that the Board exceeded its statutorily defined powers of review and committed an error of law when it reversed the original decision of the administrative law judge. We agree that the Board exceeded its power of review. We do not reach the question of whether the Board committed an error of law.
